Traditional tool for making a taco salad tortilla bowl.
Simply drape a 8"-12" softened tortilla over the upside-down inner basket, place the outer basket on top, flip over the baskets, and plunge the tortilla into a deep-fat fryer.
The fry baskets have stay-cool wood handles, so they should be hand washed and their handles wiped with a damp cloth.
