Cake Paddles are designed with fewer tines than standard wire whips, allowing you to throughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air. Ideal for quick bread recipes, such as muffins and pancakes, which can become tough and chewy if over mixed. Cake Paddles work well for pourable mixtures, such as cakes, frostings, muffins and quick bread (non-yeasted breads).

  • Must be used with the Metal Whip Driver.
  • Cake Paddles are dishwasher safe. The metal driver is hand-wash only. It can discolor from chemicals commonly found in dishwasher detergents.
  • To further reduce mixing time, add the Bowl Scraper attachment (sold separately).
  • Manufacturer warranties this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for 1 year.
