Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) tubs whipped cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves
- 3/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or slivered almonds, optional
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped, optional
Directions
Thoroughly mix all ingredients together, chill and serve with an artisan bread or pita chips.
