It combines the benefits of stainless steel: such as longevity, browning capabilities, and scratch resistance, with the benefits of non-stick cooking. This allows low-fat, non-stick cooking with easy clean up. The Black Cube cookware is 100-Percent scratch resistant. Go ahead, use your metal utensils! The combination cooking surface has a stainless steel pattern that rises above the non-stick surface which allows you to sear and brown foods without sticking. Each piece has an ergonomically shaped handle and it's easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Use in the oven and it's safe for all cooktops, including induction. The Black Cube coating is PFOA free.

Never use aerosol nonstick sprays on nonstick pans. For best results start at medium temperature and then move higher as needed.
