Comments: The rating would be a 5 if not for the label. This cookie sheet is all that one can ask for!! The downside is that the label is glued on with glue from hell! I first tried scrubbing and ended marking the surface. What worked finally is 95% alcohol. Though even though that cleaned off all of the sticky, you can still see a 'stain' where the glue was. This would not be so bad except the glue is on the food side. If it were on the backside, I would be irritated but not nearly as much.
