Available with both a power base or a hand crank base. The steel cone milling system is powered with a powerful, quiet Bosch electric motor, or a hand base.
The Family Grain Mill adjusts to provide fine flours for breads to coarse flours for cornmeal or you can crack grains for hot cereals. Mills Wheat, Oats, Kamut, Barley, Spelt, Buckwheat, Millet, Field Corn, Rice, Spices, Dried Herbs, etc. (Field corn must be cracked first and milled again on the finer settings).
With the optional Flaker attachment, flake softer grains such as barley, oats, pastry wheat, etc. for fresh tasting hot cereals.
